Ryan Mitchell serves as an associate at Charles Hart Real Estate, joining the company in 2026. He began his career in commercial real estate, working in asset management for a Columbus-based multifamily investment firm with over $4 billion in assets under management. In that role, he assisted in analyzing property performance and supporting the disposition process.

Since then, Ryan has advised clients in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage and multifamily properties for more than two years. His detail-oriented approach and commitment to acting in his clients’ best interests have helped him build strong relationships with property owners and investors across the Midwest and drive transaction volume.

Ryan attended Otterbein University, where he earned a degree in marketing. While at Otterbein, he was a three-year starter on the baseball team and an active member of Athletes in Action. He currently serves alongside Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Linden McKinley High School.
